Hey there!

I’m Richard - a DJ, music producer, and all-around marketing and creative pro. With over 10 years of experience in Electronic Dance Music, I’ve worn a lot of hats: from branding and artist management to event marketing, creative direction, and operations. I’ve navigated music, retail, and media, building everything from unforgettable nightlife experiences to solid artist brands.

Born in Chicago, IL, raised in Eugene, OR, and now based in Boston, MA -whether it’s working the crowd or working behind the scenes, I’m all about making things happen.

Outside of work, I’m a die-hard moviegoer (Letterboxd here if you’re curious). You’ll also find me at concerts or festivals any chance I get. And when I’m not out in the crowd or catching a film, I’m probably home, making music - the passion behind it all.

- Manage day-to-day artist relations, working with diverse artists to realize their creative visions, including playlist campaigns, digital content rollouts, music videos, and beyond.
- Direct DSP (Digital Service Provider) releases in partnership with major labels and artist managers, ensuring successful multi-platform campaigns.
- Lead social media ad strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X, amplifying artist reach and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution of artist campaigns and company-wide initiatives.

Ghostnaps - DJ & Music Producer
2013 -> Present
- Independent electronic artist and producer with over 2M+ cumulative streams credited across platforms, a release on NoCopyrightSounds, and collaborations with artists including Father and BigBabyGucci.
- Released second full-length album TAKE ME WITH YOU!! in 2025, leading concept development, production, mixing, and creative direction across music, visuals, and narrative.
- Performed 100+ live shows across Oregon, Washington, California, and Massachusetts, building a loyal regional audience and touring footprint.
- Regularly collaborates with vocalists, producers, and songwriters across electronic, hip-hop, and indie spaces, often serving as both producer and creative lead.

- Collaborated closely with four electronic artists to bring creative visions to life, executing projects such as YouTube visualizers and strategic Spotify playlist campaigns.

- Independently organized ‘Covchella’ in May 2020, raising $1,401 for Food For Lane County with performances from fourteen regional acts.

- Produced and promoted 30+ hard ticket events featuring electronic dance music artists, including Cashmere Cat, Mura Masa, GRiZ, EPROM, Gryffin, and Ekali.
- Collaborated with international music management agencies, including Paradigm Talent Agency and Circle Talent Agency, to execute physical and digital campaigns.
- Established InSight Events as the premiere promoter for electronic music in Eugene by building a strong brand identity and social media presence.
